Position: Solids Control Engineer
Company & Location: M-I SWACO in Algeria (Hassi Mesaoud, Hassi Berkine, Elmerk,… Fields)
Responsibilities:
ES services, Filtration, VSAT;
• Installing, maintenance, operating and uninstalling of
the specific equipment for drilling fluids treatment
• Issuing daily reports about the parameters of the
operating equipments, liquid and solid disposal for the
Beneficiary, as required.
• Installing, maintenance, operating and uninstalling of
the filtering equipment for wellbore clean-up fluids
treatment
• Make-up, maintenance, and brake-up of wellbore cleanup
tools (combination of scarpers, brushes, magnets).
• Preparing different types of brines and completion
fluids.
• Installing, operating and uninstalling of the
equipment for vibratory shaker analysis.
• Issuing reports about the parameters and
performance of the evaluated shaker.
• Acting according with local and internal QHSE rules.
• Be responsible for the safe handling, safe loading and
unloading of equipments at the Well Location to ensure
correct procedures are followed by rig crew to avoid
damage to equipments.

Position: Waste Management National Field Coordinator
Company & Location: M-I SWACO in Algeria (Hassi Mesaoud, Hassi Berkine, Elmerk,… Fields)
Responsibilities:
Waste Management;
• Coordinating the ES and WM activities.
• ES/WM activity cost control.
• Promote SWACO equipment & consumables sales.
• Stay informed of all updates of product information and new equipment/technology.
• Monitor the compliance with EHS rules (M-I & Local standard) for all ES engineers and for solids control equipment working at the Customer location.
• Ensure the technical support and good level of communication with ES engineers.
• Ensure the technical support for the Customers.
• Maintain clear communication line between Customer’s field representative and M-I SWACO’s supervisory personnel.
• Prepare the equipment/spare parts proposal and contracts for the Customers.
• Prepare Case Histories/Performance Reports for representative jobs.
• Implement new technology to the Clients.
• Permanent act according to EHS rules.
• Monitor and analyze SWACO stock. Prepare and discussed the quantities to be imported.
• Prepare procedures for the equipment operating.

I have Graduated in 2004 as an Engineer of state in automation (Instrumentation) Option: command of the industrial processes from Boumerd's University, Ex. INH Algeria

• Professional Experience in remote locations, resulting in a comprehensive knowledge and expertise in up to date HSE procedures and Drilling Waste Management and Solids Control issues
• Professional experience working hands on in the Rig
• Able to peer review coworker’s assessments to give detailed, critical feedback
