Over Eighteen years of experience in Accounts in the U.A.E, I am seeking a challenging position with an established organization,

Analyzing Processed Sales invoices in different BU & Currencies (USD,GBP,EUR,NGN,QAR, AED)
Co-ordinate with Department Cost Accountant regarding the project details and revenue allocations.
Running weekly EFT report and process payment.
Receipt Clearing along with country wise calculation of VAT / WHT / Training Levy
Run system report and prepare information for monthly “Flash” report
Supplier Payment (Checking invoice and supporting documents and processing for payment)
Capitalization of fixed asset (Applying landed cost)
Co-ordinate with credit controller regarding outstanding overdue amounts
Answering Customers payments related Queries and resolving customer queries.
Verifying Reconciliation - Inter Company, Supplier, Customer,Receive not Voucher & Stock GL to System, Certain Balance sheet account
Running customer statement, Ageing & PD checks details.
Taking month end stock report, Stock moment report, Monthly sales data separately
Monitor and control the inventory movements, Checking Location transfer of items, Taking physical stock in quarterly basis and Comparison with system stock.
Assist with compilation of ROV financial performance data for management reporting
Ensure journals are properly supported/supportable.
Investigate and assist in resolution of any financial issues in conjunction with Senior operations manager and project manager
Prepare journal entries and accruals for ROV and Inspection business as required
Control, monitor, revenue and cost accounting data for all ROV and Inspection departmental and project related functions.
Ensure that outstanding Receivables are monitored, expedited and paid within the contracted relevant terms of payment and preparing sales reserve.
Pre-audit preparation-Schedules like Prepayment, Provision, Inventory etc.
Preparing annual budget, finalizing of accounts and Preparing of Balance sheet and schedules

Master of Commerce from Mangalore University – M.Com
(With Specilisation in Financial Management)
Bachelor of Commerce from Mangalore University – B.Com
Main Subjects : Accountancy, Costing, Business Statistics and Income Tax
Chartered Accounts Foundation Course from the
INSTITUTE OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT OF INDIA, Reg. No. Sfc 10395

Obtained a Diploma in Typewriting
Acquired Internal Quality Auditor Course- ISO 9001: 2000 certificate from Multinational Quality Consultants-Dubai (MQC).

Computers: -
ERP System (People Soft -Oracle based applications / JD Edwards) Imagenow Software.
Extensive knowledge in Orion Financial Accounting package up to finalization of Accounts
Diploma in SOFTWARE APPLICATION from Manipal Institute of Computer Education (MICE)
