operation and emergency handling of three phase separators, Amine sweetening unit, TEG absorption unit, Mechanical refrigeration unit, LPG recovery, Sulfur recovery unit, NGL stabilization, Off gases compression, Gas Turbine for power production, Demin water plant, Fuel gas system and produced water treatment package.
My responsibilities includes hand on experience of the followings:
 To ensure safe and trouble free operation of the plant in order to achieve sales gas volume and specifications.
 Work in close liaison with other departments to resolve plant problems to improve plant availability and reliability
 Implementation of S.O.P.’s for Emergency Shutdown and startup
Procedures.
 Implement HSE policies, standards and procedures to ensure integrity of People, Environment, Assets and Reputation of the Company.
 Prepare, review and revise Operating work instructions and Procedures in line with standards and guidelines for safe and smooth plant operations.
 Preparation of Daily and monthly production reports and maintaining complete record and supervision of products storage and dispatch.
 Maintaining inventory of process related items e.g. TEG, DEA, Corrosion inhibitor, Hydrate inhibitor etc.
 Training needs assessment and orientation of new employees.

• Got knowledge of HAZOP and JHA Techniques.
• Implementation of work permit system, emergency handling procedures and NEQS limits

I have Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering

I have NEBOSH certification.
