 Material identification.
 Making inspection & maintaining all kind of require documentation.
 Making fabrication fit up as per drawing & condition, handles manpower to provide job as requirement.
 Erection of pipe line (water cooling line, HSD line, Flare line)
 Basic knowledge of WPS/PQR/WQT.
 Preparing and maintaining of various inspection reports.








Job Responsibilities :

 New fabrication inspection: Piping fabrication, checking set up, review of weld radiographs, hydro testing of pipelines. Review of the Quality Assurance Plan and carrying out stage wise inspection pipelines.


 Type of Equipment/NDT/Destructive Testing Handled: Have knowledge in various NDT methods like Radiography, Liquid Penetrate Testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection, and Ultrasonic thickness & Flaw detection, Holiday Testing etc., Panting DFT, and Insulation Jobs. Witnessing of hydro test. And have awareness of Tensile test, Hardness test, Impact test & Toughness test.

B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.S.T, JNTU Hyderabad, A.P with first class.
Diploma in Automobile Engineering from SBTET Hyderabad, A.P.
