Duties involving in Loop-checking, Trouble shooting & commissioning of process control instruments in NLNG Train-6 project and related two compressors Named MR & PR. (Mixed-refrigerant & Propane-refrigerant). Support the anti surge controls specialist vendor for commissioning the anti surge control panel and related field instruments like anti surge control valves, transmitters, etc…Support the flow serve control valve specialist vender for trouble shooting & commissioning of the control valves.
Loop checking and process control system-Functional checking
Testing, Pre commissioning and commissioning of process control system
1. Gas firing control system and Oil firing control system.
2. Trip system for Gas Turbine.
3. Feed water and steam temperature control loop.
4. Boiler interlock circuit (Boiler trip relay circuit)
5. Drum level control loop (Four element control system)
6. Main stem temperature control (Cascade control) system.
7.Instrument procurement activities such as interaction with vendors, technical evaluation of bids
Supervision of Inst. Installation, Inst cable laying, conduit installation, JB installation, Hook up installation, inspection, calibration, loop checking .site modification as required at site condition, discuss & finalize with clients changes required at site.
8. Co-ordination with vendor representative for special Inst./system checking/commissioning. ESD/F&G system modification/ start up loop by loop transfer.
9. Co-ordination with client kick off meeting, close out report hand over as built documents/drawings, survey changes, field changes / spares etc.
