Carried out inspection, testing and documentation of Fabrication, EPC & EMC projects related to Oil and Gas, Refineries etc.

Conducted internal and external quality audits in line with ISO 9001 on various sub-contractors of STS.

Reviewed and closed out customer complaints, Audit CARs & product NCRs. Carried out vendor quality document reviews and shop surveys.

Coordinated with vendor jobs along with client quality team for inspection of Pressure Vessel, Piping, Steel Structural, Painting/Coating & PQR/WQT witness
at third party laboratory, etc .Conversant with Shell DEP and International Codes viz. ASME B 31.3, B31.1, B31.4, B31.8, ASME Section IX, ASME VIII , ASME Sec V, ASME Section I, II, API 1104, API - 650, 653 and API 5L.
