I have been working in instrumentation more than 09 years 01 months in with my vast experienced in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, exposure and education. I would be able to contribute my expertise and experience to your firm.

Currently I am Working in Maintenance.

(March, 2009 to Dec, 2013)
Currently I am working in Maintenance as Instrument & Control Technician at Ar-Razi Methanol Plant-3 &4 in Jubail Saudi Arabia Through Abdullah al Barrak Industrial Services.

Responsibilities:
• Maintenance, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting and calibration of different transmitters (Pressure, Level, temp, and Flow etc), Pressure and Level Switches and gauges and also calibrate the control valves.
• Magnetic flow meter (YAMATAKE, YOKOWGAWA, KROHNE & ABB).

• Performs inspection, checking of instrument calibration, installation of conduits, tubing & instrument supports etc
• Installation and adjustment of pressure switches, Level Switches

• Installation and adjustment of Vibration / Thrust probes (Bentley Nevada 3300,3500) of Steam Driven Turbine / Compressor (MHI).
• Installation and adjustment of Speed Pick Up probes and also worked on speed trip test.
• capable to work on DCS YOKOGAWA CENTUM CS-3000.
• Stroke check and Calibration of control Valves (Fisher, Yamatake Honeywell, and Masoneilan).
• Installation and Check of Thermocouple, RTD.
• Preparation of Punch list / Site Status paper work.
• Calibration / Adjustment of pressure gauges & temp. Gauges

Education:

• Three Year Diploma Associate Engineering in In(Electronics)
Technology from Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore
• Matriculation in Science Subjects from BISE Multan
• Computer Skill: 3 Month Course in Internet, MS Office
