Commissioning Manager:
· Develop the commissioning plan for the Project.
· Provide input to Construction working methods.
· Defining Project Mechanical / Electrical /Instrument Completion requirements for the Construction team, Sub-Contractor and Suppliers.
· Define the testing and commissioning scope, develop planning/scheduling information and produce man-hour estimates to complete the scope of works.
· Determine and prepare Commissioning procedures to perform and control the activities.
Supervise the installation and control of the database on site.
· Plan, supervise and execute the commissioning activities from mechanical completion to final handover/ acceptance.
· Supervise the Mechanical Completion and Commissioning team
· Manage the processes involved to deliver a safe, efficient, complete and cost effective completion.

Mechanical Engineer graduated from Damascus unvercity on 1994.
Working for Oil & Gas company till now with AFPC( Syrian Petroluem Company partner with Shell).
