• Currently working on the Maintenance of LM 2500 General Electric Aeroderivative Gas Turbine.
• Troubleshooting of Field instruments, and whole auxiliary systems related to Gas turbine
• Maintenance, Spare-parts management and Procurement, Inventory Management, strategic decision making along with team management, Performances Management, Maintenance Planning, Outages Management in General Electric Industrial Heavy-duty and Aero derivative Gas Turbines.
• Involved in the review of Pipeline & Instrumentation Diagram ( P&ID ) , GE , WoodGroup drawings
• Preparation of handover procedure, start-up plan and pre-operational activities related to Control & Instrumentation Systems with Engineering Consultants and Vendors.
• Setting and sustaining the technical and professional standards applicable to Controls & Instrumentation discipline keeping abreast of current trends and developments
• Purchase ,Sales, Project Management, Bidding, Outages Management, Customer Service Management, Maintenance Management and Materials Management
• Provide technical expertise to Operations and Maintenance Managers to ensure modifications as necessitated to the plant are performed correctly and effectively.
• Extend technical advice and support to the engineering team involved in approving the Control & Instrumentation related documentation under the department quality procedures.
• Planning & Execution of daily jobs, shutdown jobs and Modification /Up gradation work and Scheduling of Preventive maintenance activity.
• Preparation of daily maintenance and expenses report, weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintenance of field instruments and control systems and ensure minimum equipment breakdown time
• Familiar with Power Plant Control Room Operation, Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance.
• Good knowledge and hand skilled experience with ITT neo Dyne pressure switches, Siemens SITRANS P300 pressure measurement, Siemens Echomax XPS and XCT level instruments, Ametek thermocouple, Rosemount temperature, pressure transmitter and Thermocouples, FCI flow switches, Alltec fire control system and DETRONICS fire system, Endevco vibration transducer, Bentley Nevada 3500 and 3300 system for vibrations monitoring

Bachelors of Engineering (Electronics and Instrumentation) from MG University, India in 2011
