WITH DCS-(CS-3000) YOKOGAWA.
● Involved in automation 50,000 LITER/DAY petrol terminal of using yokogawa D.C.S (CS-3000).
QC-RESPONSABILITIES AT SITE
Preparation & review of documents like quality control procedure, inspection and test plans and work method statements as per project specifications.
Review the manuals, specifications and drawings submitted by the vendors to suit the project specifications.
Conduct regular quality checks at every stage of manufacturing and testing of the equipments Continuously monitor the work performed by subcontractors and report any deviations during the work to minimize the delays in project schedule.
Report any Non Conformances in materials and workmanship.
Perform testing, pre commissioning and commissioning of equipments like transformers, switchboards, diesel generators, low voltage panels, motors, lighting and small power.
Perform installation, calibration, pre commissioning and commissioning of instruments like pressure transmitters, level transmitters, and temperature transmitters, flow meters for metering skid, fire and gas detectors.
Perform installation, pre commissioning and commissioning of telecom like Telecom panels , FOC cables
Prepare the Mechanical completion quality dossiers at the end of work for final handover
Perform inspection as requested by Inspection and verify that the client requirements are satisfied.
Coordinate with company material specialist and prepare necessary documents to submit for according to the project requirement.
Study and review Issued for Construction Drawings for field verification and work schedule.
Responsible for field installation of all electrical equipments in Restricted Areas like Plants, Refineries and fabrication shop.
Prepare and submit daily report accomplishment to the Project Manager
Perform inspection and supervise cable laying, conduit installation and cable termination.
Perform the inspection for Installation Transformers & Circuit Breakers
Inspect installation, calibration and pre commissioning of oil transformer temperature sensors, relief valves, bucholz relay’s.
Perform FAT test for DCS ,PLC client approval.
