MASTER OF A SHIP OF 3000 GT OR MORE (STCW regulation II/2) since 1996

on various type of tankers: Chemical, Oil Products, Oil/Chemical, Crude and Gas carriers:

Product, Crude and Chemical Tanker Experience as Master 7 years experience – effective sea service :

Gas Carriers Experience:
Fully pressurized, semi and fully refrigerated LPG tankers as Master 3 years effective sea experience

PSV and AHTS vessel Experience:
Two years served on this type of vessel as Master and 2nd Master in West Africa region

As Master I have experience with deep and shallow vessel's draft (VLCC Aframax. Panamax and MR vessels
as well as various mooring arrangements:
Standard tanker jetty mooring, STS, SBM, 4 points and multiple point (buoy) mooring,
FPSO – Export tanker by quick releasing hook arrangement mooring.
Lot of pilot exemption permission and experience as well as tug boat assistance exemption.

I sailed on vessels with various propulsion system: Conventional, Twin screw, diesel electric azimuth thrusters
Kort nozzle and vessels with or without bow thrusters.

Multiple new building experience from various shipyards: Korea, Japan, China, Poland and Croatia

Shore experience 6 years: 2 years as elec./engineering superintendent (Jugolinija Rijeka - shipping company 1978-1980)
as Contractor technician/Gas Engineer in Oil refinery, Shipyard, and commercial and industrial refrigeration (1980-84).
Good experience in processing electricity, El. Motors, refrigeration technique, gas cargo compressors, regulation technology and automation.

Good command and organization skill gained through my experience as Officer and Master.
Excellent vetting, CDI, PSC, USCG preparation and inspection results.
