Roles & Responsibility
from April 2012 to Date as the Head of Transport Department;
Prepares monthly & quarterly financial statements for all transit trucks; Analyses the financial performance of each truck; Facilitates insurance claims ; Monitors the expenses of all the trucks e.g. mileage, clearance charges; road tolls etc.; verification and approval of storage charges, demurrage charges & detention charges; verification and approval of invoices for all clients; Monitors the movements of trucks and cargo containers through the use of truck control system such as Navisat and the use of daily truck status report; Designs & Allocate work to the other staff; Processes the contractor-supplier agreements; Links Operations Department with Accounts Department; Oversees the work of other staff; Provides account statements to clients and follow-up on payments; Manages the working capital structure of the transport department; Assumes the informational role on behalf of management;

From January 2010-March 2012 through Job Rotation Maintained;
Account receivables & payables records; Bank Reconciliation for all company accounts; Books of accounts for all satellite fuel stations; Insurance accounts & expenses for all the company fleet of vehicles; fixed assets schedules & depreciation expenses for the company assets.
