Power Generator SDMO (Nexys Controller, Telys 1&2 controller and Modys controller) & FG Wilson , Lincoln welding Generator, Wacker Neuson Tower Light Generator
Generator Engine: John Deere, Deutz, Caterpillar, Kohler, Lombardini, Mitsubishi, Perkins, Caterpillar and Kubota.
Trace and Repair Engine Compressor and Electric Compressor (Sullair Products)
Carry out load bank of Generators.
(PDI) Pre-delivery Inspection of the New Generators.
Repairing pneumatic Enerpac torque range rated @ 7 bars or 9000 PSI and Electric torque range.
Attending other brands to show support to the clients usually to Power Generators such as CAT Generators, Kubota, Airman, and Marapco Generators etc.
Accurately analyzing electrical circuits, schematics, blueprints and sketches to carry out repairs or modification without bypassing any safety features of the manufacturer.
Responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical control system/panel of different controllers for all the equipment particularly with GENERATORS and AIR COMPRESSORS for modifying and setting up parameters as per customer request with all accordance to local and manufacturer‘s standards.
VFD parameters and termination of GE evolution series 9000 (AF 300 P11)
Trace and troubleshoot VFD to motor of AHU.
Testing and Commissioning of MCC panels rated at 13.8 kV to Auxiliary Power Systems.
Preventive maintenance of MCC panels to Auxiliary Systems as per on scheduled task.
Thermal Scan of every panels during Preventive maintenance
Testing and Commissioning of MCC Panels rated at 13.8 kV to Auxiliary Power Systems.
