Professional Experience
o Nature of work: To carry out detailed equipment layout and piping engineering of new project and small engineering projects based on modification / debottlenecking in existing plants. I am preparing estimation of the project, preparing equipment layout, piping plan and isometrics, Static and Modal analysis of piping system, bill of material, procurement of pipe and piping components.
o Worked with different type of plants like
• Hydrocarbon handling and highly toxic plants like Caprolactum,
• Highly corrosive plants like Salphuric and phosphoric acids,
• Fertilizer plants like Urea, DAP
• Polymer plants like Nylon-6,
• And other plants like Ammonia, Melamine, Effluent treatment plant.
o Software using
• 3D modeling using Autodesk Plant3D 2012
• Autocad 2013: Equipment layout, Piping plan and isometrics
• CAESAR II, Ver. 5.3: Static analysis and Modal analysis of Piping system, Nozzle analysis using WRC 107
• MS Office: For office documentation. Prepared different MS Excel sheets for engineering calculations like, pipe wall thickness calculation as per ASME B 31.3, expansion bellow as per EJMA.
• SAP: Material management module like generating purchase requisition, inventory monitoring, reservation sleep generation, work order generation etc.

• ASME: B31.3, B36.10, B36.19, B16.9, B16.11, B16.5, B16.47.
