Engineer trainee – New Product Development from June-2013 to till now

Receiving customer drawing and carry out feasibility study activity with cross-functional team.
Product conceptualization study.
Preparing the stage wise drawing.
Preparation of Process Flow Chart, FMEA, Quality plans.
Plan for raw material ,tool planning ,instruments for inspection, process planning.
Plan for testing the developed product as appropriate with customer.
Proto sample making.
Fine blanking machine selection by calculating the force required to blank the component.
To conduct process Capability study.
Process improvements and cost reduction activities.
Preparing Quotation for the Enquiries.
ISIR Samples and PPAP submission to the customer.
Product follow-up, Preparing Monthly development progress list, Presentations for the development products.
