complex producing, injector and re entry wells with depths up to 18,000 ft,
complex lithology, challenging pressure regimes and tectonic behaviors.

Wells with better technical and economic performance than the wells performed by previous operator,challenged traditional technical paradigms to drill reservoir formations,introduced technologies never used in the country, Colombian drilling records for small hole diameters in hard rock formations with turbine assemblies, successful access to existing wells.

communities, drill well on paper, execution of simmops documents if
required and spud meeting. Utilization of landmark platform to perform
engineering calculations.

Accountable for well execution tasks including daily well follow up on well
Performance and logistics, time and cost analysis, lessons learnt and risk
assessments meetings, performed specific drilling guidelines and drillers
instructions, engineering support to the field engineering team, constant
verification of well plan compliance, monitoring of equipment needs,
decision making.
