Junior Engineer
Responsibilities:
 Check and Prepare the Proposal and Contracts P&ID from the Tender Documents
 Preparation of Piping layout for integral, external and critical piping with required instruments by using P & I diagram, considering the fouling with structures, members and other equipment’s
 Checking Composite layout for piping system.
 Leading and giving necessary inputs to the draughtsman for preparation of drawings
 Clarification of issues which are from the shops and sites.
 Hanger & support arrangements based on draft layout drawings from the Basic Engineering Vendors
 Preparation of detailed Engineering isometric drawings.
 Preparation of platform and Structural drawings.
 Preparation of Equipment drawings (Tanks, Support structures etc.)
 Preparation of inserts plates, cutout with the help of basic engineering drawings & documents
 Designing the pipe detailing as per latest amendments.
 Fabrication drawings preparation for all type of tanks and supports
 Power piping (integral, external piping & critical) fabrication drawings preparation
 Preparation of Piping and Structural layout using AUTOCAD 3D
 Preparation of Isometric drawings inputs.
 Checking of Isometrics and responsible for releasing the Isometrics and Support
 Sketch for fabrication and erection.
 Preparing the arrangement of approach for operating floors and other equipment floors.
 Preparing the orientation of rotating equipment and designing the support and handling system.
 Preparing the layout of cold air and hot air ducting system
 Preparing the preliminary ducting supporting arrangement system
 Review the technical specification and vendor evaluation for bought out items
 Checking Composite layout for piping system.
 Checking and document release for manufacturing and erection.
 Erection drawing and field weld table preparation.
 Assisting the site activities and solve the problems during erection and commissioning
 As built drawings preparation for Boiler layouts.
 Plant layout review through AUTOCAD.
