•Operation of Algae Analyser to determine algae content of water in the plant
•Operation of Company’s Pilot Plant under different conditions for optimisation of operating plant
•Updating control charts for different sections of the plant
• Conducting Daily Monitoring of the entire plant
• Perform daily tests to determine the water quality on the plant

05/13 – 11/13: Ecolab (Trinidad and Tobago) Limited based at
Carib Brewery, Eastern Main Road, Champs Fleurs

•Designed, implemented and conducted projects in the Brewery, area, that resulted in consistent quality of products and an overall increase in production efficiency:
 Introduction of replacement CIP sanitizer which reduced effluent phosphorus levels, chemical volume, cost and disinfection times.
 CIP water usage audit.
 Recorded daily CIP observations and CIP chemical usage.
 Calculated Fermentation Vessels CIP pressure requirements.
 Recommended sample valve positioning for 40 CIP circuits.
 Working knowledge and experience of Brewing and Filtration Operations and Process Integration.

 Performed Integrity Testing of Natural Gas Distribution Lines.
 Research project: Natural Gas Pipeline Corrosion analysis and inhibition
 Familiarity with both pipeline design and in-line inspection tools such as pigs.
 Learnt about various methods of non destructive testing (for cracks, degradation of wall thickness etc), protective coating properties, overall maintenance and the importance of periodic monitoring.
