• Preparing technical proposal
• Preparing the method statement
• Overall supervision of consultants & contractors in the execution of project construction within the designated Area
• Review of technical notes, specifications, drawings, vendor technical evaluations and vendor drawings
• Promote and drive the involvement of Construction in areas of technical design, schedule and preliminary execution planning and cost estimating.
• Forecast requirement for piping engineering re-sources, and allocate those resources.
• Inspecting of piping and infrastructure works include: piping and infrastructure drawings, evaluation of contractors checking all of contracts process up to commissioning and final documentation.
• Project Engineer of condensing Aux. Boiler and HRSG and GTG of Oman Refinery Power Plant and Phase 6, 7&8 Refinery Power Plant (EPC)
• Project Engineer of Drainage of Oman Refinery Power Plant and Phase 6, 7&8 Refinery Power Plant (EPC).
• Project Engineer of Reservoir and Pump Station for water supply line.
• Resource arrangement/management
• Project monitoring and controlling
• Project work estimation
• Resource (Manpower/Machinery) efficiency consumption control
• Ensuring timely submission of payment application
• Controlling and monitoring material reconciliation
• Material ordering, preparation of Material Approval Sheet in compliance with project specification and requirement respecting timely delivery
• Recording and Maintaining Extension Of Time claim evidences
• Nominated/Domestic Sub-contractor management
• Conducting internal progress review meeting within project team members
• Development of Project Risk assessment
• Development of Material Delivery Schedule
• Evaluation and certification of construction contrac-tor’s payment applications
• Preparing the format of request form for inspection as per contract BOQ items.

B.S. in Solid Mechanical Engineer

Qualified Mechanical/Piping engineer with field practical experience and knowledge in design and construction targeting for a role where I can utilize my skills and assist in the project management, construction in wide range of pipe line within oil and gas field and infrastructure and civil projects. These successful careers over 9 years experience and good practical practice in "project management body of knowledge" change my career path from pure Mechanical/Piping engineer to multi function project engineer.
Comprehensive coordination within various departments and partners in order to ensure timely design, procurement and construction as per project time schedule and creating an adequate link between site and procurement and engineering department in order to have a smooth progress. Coordinating selected tenders with all internal departments (management, Planning, Technical Office and etc).
