Operations: Drilling, Cementing, Milling, Fishing, Killing, Coil Tubing, Snubbing and Completion. Cementing: include multiple stages, High weighted cement, Squeeze jobs, top jobs, Cement Plug mixing. Treatment and prevention of fluid contamination with cement. Drilling Fluid Experienced weight Range: 7.6 ppg – 20.5ppg. Wells Depth Range: 3000 ft up to 18000 ft. Encountered Kicks Pressure Range: 200-3000 PSI (Salt water, sour gas, sweet gas flows) Loss Circulation: 2 BPH up to complete loss- Successful blind drilling for 1200 feet till casing point a very unique LCM plugs being mixed and maintained by me in many wells. Mud Types: Experienced in Pneumatic Fluids, Water Base Mud Non-inhibitive, Inhibitive, Polymer (Non-Dispersed , High Temperature Deflocculated with variant additives, Oil Based Mud, Synthetic and Drill-N Fluids and Most Brines (Stand Alone and Blended) Completion (acidic brines - pickling – acid jobs – mudzymes) Familiar with most of Drilling Fluids Systems related to Halliburton-Baroid, and Baker Hughes. Also familiar with products of Mi-Swaco and New Park. Used to Work under pressure in different rotational configurations. Engineer Diploma apostilled by the international treaty of the Haye 1976. I Worked in off-shore locations in Brazil Pre-Salt formation (High Seas), and was responsible for giving technical assistance in the preparation, treatment, measure and maintenance of fluid properties to program specification.
• Monitor chemical inventory offshore / onshore and maintain stock within agreed levels, ensuring storage in a safe manner with full environmental compliance.
• Supervise the loading and back loading of drilling mud, brines, chemicals and equipment.
• Supervise all pit and line cleaning, prior to receiving fluids and on completion of well operations.
• Supervise the waste management of solids of perforation, including configuration of shakers and mud cleaner screens, transportation, back load and disposal of solid and fluid waste.
• Collect all required data for the end of well reports for analysis and review.
• Demonstrated leadership and confidence to drive completion operations of fraccing, bull heding, Gas Lift Valve recovery, killing wells.
