Worked as Senior Process Design Engineer in Gas Cleaning Group with Germany based LURGI INDIA COMPANY PVT. LTD. My responsibilities include carrying out SRU simulation and preparation of Proposals and BEP Packages for SRU Technology. Also P&ID’s preparation and updating. Hydraulic calculations of Pump, Control Valves, Line Hydraulics. Vessel Sizing. PSV Relief Load calculations. Vendor documents review, Thermal Design of Heat Exchangers using HTRI. Involved in HAZOP studies. Inter Discipline Engineering and Communication with vendors, Licensor and client. I had also participated in pre commissioning and commissioning activities. Also responsible for SRU group activities in India Office.
