Project Engineer

Fulfill project requirement, looking for alternative solution to meet client's requirement within project specification,

Review technical specifications for compliance with contract documents
Prepare/review Data Sheets, Technical Queries and Drawing submittal
Prepare/maintain Clients Comments Sheet
Verify Engineering Punch List
Prepare Scopes of Work and review Scope of Work submitted by subcontractors
Ensure the correctness of input data into DMS
Interface with client’s engineers
Review of Material Requisitions ensuring correctness of data into PaMMS
Ensure all client requirement/comments are incorporated.
Coordinate and oversee Project Controls
Review and monitor project schedule
Plan manpower and oversee control of man-hours/overtime
Ensure inputs to weekly and monthly progress reports
Keep track of efficiency/productivity
Ensure project team is well informed, motivated and working effectively and efficiently
Coordinate Subcontractors daily activities
Implement, manage and control the project quality assurance plan
Review project acceptance procedures and Construction Scope of Work
Prepare MOC packages (Management Of Change)
Review Hydrotest packages
Coordinate As-Built process and ultimately check As-Built drawings
Coordinate Hand-over process and ensure the correctness of PRB (Project Record Book)
Coordinate Engineering Team
Modify original design “fit to purpose” and issue FCN
Ensure all modification is approved by original designer as well by the final client
Represent CMT for Client and original designer
Coordinate with CMT construction team
Ensure that the client’s comments are incorporated in drawings
Coordinate Subcontractors daily activities
Review Scope Of work for subcontractors
Review engineering punch list
Review Material Take Off
Assist construction work
Review Hydro test package
Review safety distance calculation for pneumatic test
Mark-up/review subsystem boundaries into P&ID’s
Plane activity for engineering to match target
Interface with the Client’s Engineers for the project and ensure that all reasonable request are met
Ensure that all data are correct input into CompletIT system
Follow up the Subcontractors progress
Coordinate As-Built process
