• Conduct analysis and necessary laboratory work to relay info to clients
• Monitors and maintains mud properties to the specifications of the well operator
• Supervise the loading and back-loading of drilling mud, brines, chemicals and equipment
• Collect all required end-of-well report data for analysis and review
• Checks the performance of chemical used and maintains appropriate records on each well.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure the well is supplied with products and services in a timely manner through the use of good logistical planning.
• Communicate recommendations and potential issues to well site personnel.

• Create various combinations of mud used during the different stages of the drilling process
• Running fluids check and writing recommendations to Customers and Coordinators
• Performing inventory management and well planning.
• Understand safety rules during work at well site.
• Experience with drilling fluids, the mud materials properties, mixing order, treatment when having problems, etc.
• Performing complete analysis of drilling fluids including flow properties, composition and contaminants
• Performing analysis of drilling fluids materials and additives for specification and quality control

I am currently engaged as a Mud Engineer – 2nd Engineer. I am experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of drilling fluids and its applications

I have proven skills in the use and management of the WBM & OBM systems and in handling of such drilling problems as stuck pipe and lost circulation

Experience with HPHT & H2S wells, ERD, UBD, MPD & Multilateral well drilling

I have 9 years overall experience working onshore and offshore mostly on Land Rigs in Africa. I would welcome new challenges preferably in the Middle East.
