• • Procurement of Materials for projects locally & overseas • •Overseeing Material Procurement in Construction project and maintenance of various Petrochemical Plant, Oil and Gas Plant and Industrial Plant

• Responsibility of checking the shipping documents as per the shipping procedures. Prior to shipment clearance.
• Expedite shipping documents & materials to ensure that the project meets the target date. Follow up local and foreign order for timely delivery to ensure availability of documents and shipments reach at the job sites.
• Expedite the suppliers for ordered material shall be delivered to site as per PO terms and conditions.
• Co-ordinate with QC engineer to inspect the received materials at material control section as per documents.
• Prepare request for quotation and send to various suppliers, ask them to quote their quotation against request for material.
• Prepare the Bid Evaluation to find out the suitable bidder to meet our specification and requirements..
• Preparing the draft Document Transmittals & Sub Contract Work Orders as per the requirement, with terms and conditions,and issuing the same to approved Sub Contractors, once authorized by the concerned authorities.
• Co-ordinate with freight forwarder to driver to ensure timing delivery and receiving of goods at site. Monitor and schedule all shipping movement to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Co-ordinate with the various Ministries for documentation as and when required.
