1) Position Title: Operations Engineer for Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO), Abu Dhabi, UAE

Duration : Since Nov 2009 - up to Date

jobs tasks:

• Propose numerous FIP (Facilities Improvement Proposal) projects for plant’s modifications and upgrading and hence liaise with the concerned engineering department for project study and then after discuss the way of implementation.
• Issue the daily work permits by carrying out all the necessary safe precautions.
• Conducting well testing activities and performing the related operational diversions and adjustments.
• Raise near miss reports and unsafe actions and conditions to operation engineer via HEART system.
• Carrying out all the Plant and clusters (well heads) shutdown activities such as, draining, depressurization, purging, inserting, isolation (Log out Tag Out procedures), and safe handover the plant to contractor for the maintenance jobs.
• Start up the plant smoothly and safely by carrying out all the related activities.
• Operate the water injection pumps and adjust the injection flow rate as required.
• Operate the gas injection wells and adjust the flow rate as required.
• Educate the helper and contractors as to follow all the safety rules and precautions especially the good and safe response in the event of H2S leak.
• Follow up all related activities or corrective measures with the concerned support sections such as , field service, inspection & corrosion, lab, petroleum engineering, maintenance (instrument, electrical, mechanic) , welding, pipeline, engineering and construction and ….etc

2) Position Title: Production Operations Engineer for Greater Nile Petroleum OperatingCompany (GNPOC) - Sudan.

Duration: Nov 2005 – Oct 2009

jobs tasks:

• Ensure always the optimum well performance; choke optimization and production targets are achieved in a safe manner in accordance with HSE policy and good oilfield practice.
• Prepare the related programs for well completions, Sand control/management, Wax control, well tests and PLT, RFT, PVT surveys.
• Monitor production rates, and plan rework processes in order to improve the production. • Follow up closely the periodic management HSE inspection action plan and do the corrective actions accordingly.

• ADCO safe Driving Course (ADSD). Certified with valid License.
