Professional Experience
Provide planned and systematic control of all quality related activities performed as during all phases of projects.
Implementation of Quality Management System to cover all projects.
Produce and implement the Quality Management Plan within Project team and Contractor(s) organizations.
Establish Audit Plan and conduct Audits both internally and Contractors(s) organizations to ensure compliance with relevant standards.
Issue , monitor and follow up on Non Compliance Corrective Actions.
Responsible for ensuring Contractor(s) performs work in accordance with Contract requirements
Provide input into Tender documents for Expression of Interests, Invitation to Tender and Contracts for Services and Engineering & Procurement Services.
Ensure all Contractor(s) have an approved Quality Management System in place.
Review & Approve Inspection and Test Plans submitted by Contractor(s) and ensure compliance with Contract requirements.
Provide Quality related input into Planning & Engineering.
Monitor Contractor(s) performance and address any areas of concern.
Coordination with client Corporate QA Department to ensure Company requirements are being met.
Closely Monitor Site activities and issue Non-Compliance Reports as necessary
Participate in Weekly and Monthly meetings.
Carry out Quality Control and Inspections before, during and after welding activities.
Perform NDT request in line with Client reference specification and applicable procedures.
Receipt and review of Shop Route Traveler, Manufacturing procedure specification, quality plan, mill certificate.
Review and endorse all welding Inspection reports such as PWHT, NDT, Hydro Test, and Dimension Reports
Review Engineering/Fabrication drawings as well as welding procedure specification.
Ensuring all fabrication activities are in conformance to approved procedures, welders & consumables.
Monitor WPQR in line with client ref. specification such as HEMPS and governing code ASME B 31.3 and applicable client specifications.
Be Involved in quality issues regarding fabrication anomalies, raise deviation requests when necessary and ensure all corrective measures are Implemented.
Reporting non compliance and poor performance to QA/QC Manager
Provision of QA Input to Inspection and Test Plans/Quality Plans
Performing CoC and comprehensive reports to Supervisor

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (1998)
Certification
Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) from American Welding Society (Cert # 12112911).
Certified BGAS Grade 2 painting inspector from Cswip/TWI.(Cert # 76860 )
Certified International General Certificate (NEBOSH) in Occupational Health & Safety from TWI.
Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Management System from DNV.
Certified Internal Auditor in ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System from TUV.
Certified ASNT Level-II in PT & MT
