 In Lamination:
• Using Laminator Machine Pv Module Laminate
• Before Laminate Module Check Module Eg. Cell Crake
• Check Lamination Process (Four Process)1.Vacuum Process 2.Membrin Press Process 3.Lamination Process 4.Inflation Process With Its Given Time
• Check Machine Loading And Un Loading Module
• Check Machine Work Properly And If Not Working Than Reset All Data
• Check Machine Tempertature ,Pressure And Time
 In Testing:
 In Testing Check Following Parameter:
 Using Sun Simulator Testing Pv Module
 Check Maximum Power Voltage And Current
 Check Open Cicruit Voltage And Short Cicruit Current
 Check Loding Current Voltage And Power
 Also Check Moule Effciency And Filling Factor
 If Above Parameter Not Its Peset Value Than Pv Module Rejected

 Check Hookpin And Clamper, Main Motor (Syncronous Or Indution Motor), Break Unit(Rectifier,Capicitor,Diode ,Ssr,Fuse),Feeder Motor,Stepper Motor,Change Valve,Contactor,Star Delta Starter ,Phase Monitoring Device,Motor Wiring And Connection,Push Botton,Smps And Display Unit Of Water Jet Looms Machine Properly Work.
 Machine Works On 3phase 415 V Electric Panel. So Check If Any Fault In Electric Parts Of Panel Than Check Fault And Solve It.
 Machine Work On Microprocessr Using Five Card(I.C.) 1.Main 2.Clamper And Hookpin 3.Let-Off 4.Analog 5.Feelar Card Check This Five Card Properly Work If Not Than Solve It.Eg.Machine Not Work In Forward And Reverse Direction.
 And Measure Voltage ,Current ,Power ,Coil Resistance Using Multimeter If Not Its Peset Value Than Sovle It.
