Client: Rohit Ferro Tech Ltd – Jajpur Odisha.
Duration: August 2012 to October 2013.

Project: 4500 TPD Cement Plant with inbuilt 1 X 30 MW Thermal Power Plant (CPP).
Client: Nirma Group – Nimbol Rajasthan.
Duration: October 2013 to Till Now.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Leads in site level execution.
 Maintain MTR (Material Tracking Register) and ensure material delivery at site.
 Plan and prioritize site activities with respect to available resource & work front.
 Monitor/Report the project progress to client and corporate office.
 Attending weekly MOM (Minutes of Meeting) with clients to testimony the project status through technical presentation.
 Co-ordinate with construction discipline for the interface in Design and Construction aspects.
 Liaise with design team for all technical quires.
 Scrutinize all construction activities after execution and offer punch list if required.
 Propose new design for site suitable activities.
 Maintain standards in site management as per company policy.
