Granite Services International Field Engineer for G.E. ( General Electric )
Employed as a multidisciplined inspector, coordinating and leading, multiple projects/shutdowns travelling internationally as required.
UT, FPI, ECI Array (RD Tech MS 5700 or Quickscan) & Borescope inspections to Gas Turbines and generating reports for resolution of indications.
All inspection techniques to Pre and in service wind tower structures, including UT, MPI, Visual inpection & Positive material inspection.
Liasing with clients (Workscope, timeline completion and EHS issues) on Major shutdowns.
Managing & Organising, as job lead, inspection team and keeping within the expense parameters.
Auditing unqualified personnel and carrying out OJT (on the job training).
Carry out on site repairs to inspection equipment (Electronic and Mechanical)
