As Part of US Government ATFP contract/contractor for Department of Navy I Manage 3 Million dollars worth of Integrated Electronic Security System (IESS) maintenance contracts for USSS/ACB (United States Secret Service Access Control Branch)and US Treasury in the NCR region.Track Monitor trouble tickets daily, both non emergency corrective maintenance and emergency corrective maintenance, to ensure response. Write Statement of Work/Performance Work Standards(SOW/PSW) for maintenance contractors. Prepare monthly reports and present to sponsors, Setup weekly meetings with customers to ensure they are getting service they expect. Schedule monthly meetings with sponsors to review our response and effectiveness. Develop an inventory tracking system to improve accessibility of spare parts and parts sent in for repair.

Lead weekly teleconference with contractors on site, Manage all aspects of inventory management, develop weekly reports for sponsor review, interface with site sponsors to ensure our sustainment efforts were meeting sponsor needs

Install fiber sensors, setup, and test; troubleshoot RF Links, Network fiber links.
