I am working as a Trainer in SABIC-PETROKEMYA, Since February 2012. I am giving training to operators to make them familiar & capable to handle following Process & Utility operations.
Process Operation
I am Conducting class room training in addition with (Field & DCS) operation , and troubleshooting of Varies Equipment (Cryogenic, Vacuum, And Atmospheric Distillation Column )Cracking furnaces, Reactors and other associated equipmentˇ¦s like different type of re boilers and coolers, Chillers and tank form operation.
Utility Operation
I am Conducting class room training in addition with (Field & DCS) operation and trouble shooting of following utility equipment such as Stripper, Different types of compressors,(Multi stage Centrifugal compressors, Screw Compressor(single stage, Double stage) Reciprocating Compressors,(Horizontal, vertical) Instrument air system, refrigeration compressors Operation, Breathing air Production) Nitrogen separation unit(PSA) , Incinerators, Waste heat recovery boilers, Cooling Tower operation, Waste water treatment , DM water manufacturing, BFW production.
