Professional Experience
* Perform first line maintenance and reporting faults on Rotating Equipment’s (Dynamic pumps, positive displacement pumps, centrifugal compressor, Reciprocating compressor and steam turbine.)
*Carrying out Maintenance activities in Fractionator Tower, Heat Exchangers, and Vessels, Fin Fan coolers, Fired Heater and other static equipment’s.
* Planning and Execution for routine, PM and shutdown maintenance activities.
* Allocating the jobs to the sub-ordinates and supporting until the completion of the job.
* Monitor work sites for compliance with Permit to Work and company standards.
* Specify spares requirements, Making purchase Requisitions in SAP and follow up with MM, Inventory control and ensuring maximum utilization of material.
* Creating Contractor Purchase order, Service order and Entry sheet for contracting companies through SAP.
* Prepare Daily maintenance equipment status Logs.
* Ensure that all records/logs/certificates are maintained and updated to provide evidence of terminal conformance.
* Maintenance of site and area Certified Equipment e.g. PSV’s and other statutory equipment’s.
* Construction and pre-commissioning where the work will be agreed and led by the Maintenance Superintendent or Vendor.
* Carrying out modifications according to statutory standards and codes.
* Manage mechanical maintenance priorities, vendor performance and repair tracking system.
* Update integrity and re-certification documentation and records within the maintenance management system.
* Ensure where performance standards have not been met that the correct plans are in place to resolve.
* Maintaining ISO documentations like Equipment History reports, Failure reports, Vendor analysis, Testing and certifications, PM reports etc.
