RESPONSIBILITIES :

- To provide advice and perform duties to maintain the occupational health and safety standards of the organization.
- Assist in administration of the occupational health and safety programme of the yard.
- Implement all relevant of HSE Laws, Code of practices, legislation, Standards.
- Conduct weekly on site walk around, monthly HSE report and submit to HSE Manager.
- Reporting for any incident and conduct investigation.
- Conduct compliances check, inspection on project to identify sub standard practice, act condition and equipment, reports such finding to HSE Manager.
- Maintain daily occurrence record.
- Ensure permit to work system is strictly follow up.
- Act as a secretary of Vessel Safety Coordination Committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and external bodies on occupational health and safety.
- Liaise with external agencies (such as DNV,SCDF, MOM) for on-site response.
- Conducting in water rescue and fire fighting.
- Updating the fire and rescue report to HSE Manager.
- Keeping up with inventory checklist of all the first aid and fire fighting equipments.
