1)QC Engineer at Mansoora for resins & chemical industries from 12/2010 to 6/2011
-Daily Check for the integrity of (pumps-compressors-indicators-cooling towers-valves...etc) & writing the daily report
2)QA/QC Engineer at kahromica from 7/2011 until 1/9/2013 at North Giza & Al Ain El Sokhnah power plant projects with the following duties & responsibilities:
-Check for dimensions
-Check bolts torque for certain value from torque tables
-Welding, heattretment & NDT (Visual inspection-liquid penetrant inspection – Radiographic inspection) after welding & Writing weld maps
-Painting & dry film thickness (DFT) check.(Sigma – Jotun)
-Insulation according to client specifications
-Writing Quality reports for the previous missions & deliver the work to the consultants or clients
3)QA/QC Manager at INPEC for KATTAMYA TANKS of US ARMY project from 1/9/2013 till now according to API 650 with the following responsibilities:
- Prepare QC plan
-Prepare ITP
-Prepare NDT procedures
-Prepare Hydrotest procedure
-Prepare sand blasting & painting procedure
- Prepare holiday test procedure
-Welder qualification & rehabilitation (WPQR) and (WPS)
Eductation
*Bachelor degree in Metallurgy & Materials Engineering
*Prepare to get Master of science in the field of Welding Technology ,Corrosion & weldability of Duplex stainless steels at Cairo university by the end of August/2014
Certification
1) Offshore & Subsea Piping course(Materials-Construction-Welding-QA/QC & Inspection)
2)ASNT Level II welding inspector in 5 NDT methods (VT –UT – RT – PT – MT)
3)The ability to prepare/read/check Welding procedure specifications(WPS) & Welding procedure qualification record (PQR)
4)Relevant experience & well trained in interpretation of codes and specifications such as ASME – AWS – API – BSEN – DNV for offshore and onshore applications
5) Prepare to get Project Management Professional certification ( PMP)
