(OFFSHORE) – MARLIN DEVELOPMENT PROJECT (10000 BOPD and 156 MMSCFD) (Cote d’Ivoire) – Control valve Cv calculation and data sheet compilation, line sizing calculation and line sizing report preparation, machinery calculation report preparation, pump sizing, review of P&iD’s for an offshore oil production and gas treatment detailed engineering project.
(OFFSHORE) – DRILLING RIG CONVERSION TO WHP PLATFORM (Baltic Sea – Poland) – Process simulation and Heat and Material Balance preparation (HYSYS). Review of endorsed P&iD’s, PFD preparation, LSD/PSD logic diagram, participation to SIL/HAZOP of the platform, Vendors follow-up of following units: Gas Dehydration and Gas Compression Units, Fuel Gas Compressor, Water Injection Package and Oil Dehydrator Package. Line sizing, definition of process design temperature/pressure profile. Package’s HAZOP attendance.

- (ONSHORE) - UCH-II Development Project OGDCL - Gas Dehydration Unit (140 MMSCFD) - (ENAR - Pakistan) - Process simulation with PROII for implementation and preparation of H&M balances, sizing of equipments and data sheets preparation. Cv calculations of control valves, process description and hydraulic calculation report. Hydrate formation report.

- (ONSHORE) - 140000 T/Y USED OIL RE-REFING PLANT (Detailed Engineering) - Developing of process simulation (with CHEMCAD) and process flow diagram (PFD), heat and material balance calculation, sizing of various equipments (vessels, shell and tube heat exchangers, columns), preparation of line list, data sheet compilation, review of P&iD, line sizing, HAZOP participation, for an oil re-refining plant.
