Master of Commerce with 10+ years of experience in Accounting, Payroll, HR Management and Office Administration Support within reputed companies with large-sized workforce and having operations across different locations, viz. Dyncorp International with sites in Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Afghanistan and Abu Dhabi.
Broad-based experience in the domains of general accounting, AR/AP, book of accounts handling, financial statements preparation and MIS reporting.
Developed expertise in compiling and posting employee time and payroll data; computing employees time worked, production, and commission; calculating and posting wages and deductions; preparing pay checks.
Gained comprehensive knowledge in directing wide range of HR functions encompassing recruitment, organizational set-up and change, and total employee relations.
Proficiency in using Field Payroll System, PeopleSoft, Tally and MS Office applications.
