gouthami bio energies pvt ltd is thermal power plant which generates 6 Megawatt power.
Here we use waste materials ( like chilly powder, sugar cane waste, corns waste, waste dry cotton, dry coconut waste, etc) for the boiler which produces stream at pressure 65 kgs.
Stream at pressure65kgs is supplied to impulse reaction turbine and it rotates with 9000 rpm. Turbine is connected to the shaft which is in contact with gear box (6:1 ratio) and generators. Gear box reduces the speed to 1500 rpm and is contact with generator through shaft. Generator generates 11v and is supplied to the step-up transformer. Here transformer step-ups 11kv to 33kv and is supplied to the government.

 Control room operation of 6MW Thermal Power Plant through DCS control.
- Operation of Water tube, single drum & Natural circulation through DCS.
- Operation of bleed cum with condensing turbine and associated systems.
- Handling of cold/hot startup of the unit.
- checking the readings at boilers, turbine,generators derator level.
Handling emergency operation of boiler and turbine

 Assisted in maintaining spare parts and support operations
