Current employee of CHEMTROLS INDUSTRIES LTD from 04.07.2011 to till date as Design Engineer in Project & Engineering Department


Responsibilities:
• Responsible for reviewing of all documents related to projects.
• Co-ordination with other Departments for various deliverables.
• Co-ordination with the vendor / clients for clarifying various issues.
• Responsible for supervision of Instrument Installation, Instrument cable laying, conduit installation, JB installation, Hook up installation etc.
• Responsible for Calibration and troubleshooting of smart transmitters, Switches, pneumatic instruments and other instruments.
• Involved in Material Receiving Inspections for Identification and Damages of material.
• Regular And Weekly Progress Meeting With Superiors And Clients.
• Procurement assistant activities such as preparation of Specifications, BOM, vendor offer evaluation & approval of vendor documents of various materials.
• Coordinating with client/consultant, vendors, marketing, purchase, production, stores, execution & other engineering departments Selection and installation of products suitable for hazardous area and certification from statutory agencies.
• Designing, Supervision of Production, Erection & Commissioning of various analyser system package for petrochemical refineries, Chemical plants etc.
• Design of PLC Systems, Fire & Gas Control Systems, ESD Systems.
• Planning of Instrumentation work as per scope of work.
• Preparation of As Built Drawings and Documentation.
• Preparation of ITP, FAT procedure & result, etc. Assisting for Factory Acceptance Test.
