• Currently working as Assistant Engineer (Manufacturing) at 1,45,000 MTPA Phthalic Anhydride Plant of Von Heyden Technology in Thirumalai chemicals Limited, Ranipet, Tamilnadu, India.
• Have rich experience in operating large-scale Petrochemical industry from DCS panel by and YOKOGAWA (CS-1000).Plant operation, startup, stabilization & shutdown from DCS panel as well as from field.
• Handling hazardous hydrocarbons like O-Xylene, Phthalic Anhydride, Furnace Oil, Diesel, LPG, etc.
• Handling emergencies with great efficiency and desired safety.
• Operation & stabilization in Phthalic Anhydride Plant, a gas phase reaction plant.
• Commissioning and operation of Phthalic Anhydride Plant.
• Experience in the operation of pumps, compressors (centrifugal & positive displacement), and distillation & absorption columns.
• Complete understanding of all equipment & procedures related to unit operation, safe handling of plant & its emergencies, taking smooth & safe plant shutdown/startup.
• Have knowledge of handling steam system upto 40 Bar
