Professional Experience


 Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures;
 Follow up all sub-contractors, and make sure that they are implementing and they stick to the terms and conditions of the contracts, sub-contractors as CCC company and Messar Construction Company.

 Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organization;
Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas such as staff performance, and health and safety;
Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates;
Developing and implementing policies with QPM main office on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
 Administering payroll and maintaining employee records;
 Interpreting and advising on employment legislation;
 Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
 Developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels;
Planning, and sometimes delivering, training, including inductions for new staff;
Analyzing and evaluating training needs in conjunction with departmental managers.


Work closely with the company’s management team to efficiently and effectively carry out all administrative operations and planning and coordinating the business management activities for the company.
















Advise management officials regarding procedures, laws, regulations, and policies dealing with workforce diversity, recruitment, merit promotion, employee and labor relations, career development, training, and other human resources related activities.
Keep employees informed of human resources rules, policies, regulations, and procedures. reviews requests for personnel actions and provides advice and recommendations to management officials on propriety, relative need, and special problems which may be encountered in processing such requests.
