Currently looking for a QA/QC Inspector/Engineer (Piping, Welding and Structural) position in an organization where I can apply my knowledge and experience to strengthen, improve and maintain the organization quality goals.

1_QA/QC Inspector/Engineer with 9+ years of experience in Piping, Welding, Structural, Pressure Vessel and NDT inspection.
2_Responsible for direct examination of products to ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with Company, Client and National standard practices.
3_Perform internal audits that are compiling with corporate policies, practices and procedures.
4_Perform inspection in a safe and effective manner in accordance with Company Client and National Standards.
5_Knowledge of ISO-9001 Quality Management System.
6_Create and Control QA/QC documentation.
7_Knowledge in fabrication of Carbon Steel, LTCS, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super duplex, Nickel alloy and Copper-Nickel Alloy etc.
8_Having extensive experience in working with different type of construction sites such as Building Petrochemical Plant, Oil & Gas Separation Plant, Ethylene Plant and Utility Services.
9_Worked with Top Client such as Saudi Aramco, Adco, Borouge, Al-Hosan, Petrofac, Technip, Bechtel, Samsung and Snamprogetti.

1_Execute the inspection as per client QA/QC documents such as ITP (Inspection Test Plan), QCP (Quality Control Procedure) and MS (Method Statement).
2_Maintaining, Implementation and updating of ISO procedures and formats.
3_Co-ordination with Client and Third party inspector as well / AI with respect to the fabricated items.
4_Initiate NCR for all Materials that do not conform to project specification and codes.
5_Monitoring the QA/QC documentation of the subcontractors and ensure that all activities are incorporated to their system on daily basis.
6_Base material Inspection as per supplier / manufacture document/ mill certificate With respect to type, size, quantity identification and visual inspection.
7_Handling different welding processes like SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW and SAW.
9_Control and monitor the welding consumables, calibration of welding machine, portable oven, holding oven and baking oven on regular basis.
10_Witness of visual inspection weld fit up, dimensional check and welding process (before, during and after).
11_Review of fit up, welding, PMI and PWHT reports on daily basis.
12_Welder’s performance (WQT) in production welding (WPS & PQR) Repair welding Procedure.
13_Witnessing & reviewing of non destructive tests such as Radiographic interpretation (RI),Ultrasonic test (UT), Penetrate test (PT) and Magnetic particle inspection (MPI).
