I am working in Assembling plastic machinery company every month minimum 100 machine dispatch in this company my job is planning and accounting using JDE software i am a planner in our company.

 Processing and Monitoring the demand report for on time generation of PO

 Processing and Monitoring of WIP report.

 Co-ordinating ECO between Design and Supply group.

 Creation of rework wo nos based on buyers request ( Both In-houose & Sub-contract )

 Correct the start dates of the WO based on the Request Date and the lead time for manufacture

 Prioritising WOs as per Master plan for the purpose of allocation of Material and
shortage list generation.

 Raising PO as per MRP and communicating the same to the Vendors by mailing the soft copy of PO.

 Processing the cancellation message from MRP with respective Buyer’s concurrence.

 WO processing for parts list and routing

 Create WO, add parts list and routing in JDE after ensuring the availablity of
system stock for input part number.
