I am writing to apply for the managerial position in Construction, Procurement and Contract.
Professional Experience
Technical evaluations of the materials for the project, propose alternate cost effective materials.
Preparation of technical submittals with material property comparison, substantiation statement etc.
Assistance for the project risk preparation, review and finding alternatives.
Assist the management on project implementation, crashing resources and recovery methods.
Prepare the project budget, cash flow statements and documentation for the Banks for project finance.
Develop and implement methods for the material and service procurements.
Prepare price comparisons, carry out price negotiations.
Prepare the Letter of Intent to the management approved vendors.
Review the bank guarantee documents from the vendors and sub-contractors.
Prepare the letter of credit’s terms and conditions department for their execution.
Prepare the performance note to the finance department on the letter of credit’s negotiation.
Project execution for commercial building with on site supervision, minor detailing etc
Resource estimation, allocation for the construction of commercial buildings.
Convene internal meetings and with sub-contractors on daily, weekly basis and report to management
Liaise with local administration for the project execution
