• Commissioning of entire CTM(ALDERLY,DUBAI) includes trouble shooting of control valves(DEMBLA VALVES) with smart positioned (SIEMENS SIPART PS2),Simulation and configuration of Ultrasonic flow meters(DANIEL) with flow computers(EMERSON) and Pressure transmitters(Yokagawa)
• Commisioning of 4 way motorized valve(ROTORK),BS&W water cut meter(PHASE DYNAMICS) and densitometer.
• Commissioning of emergency shutdown valves(Make: Rotex, Top work) and troubleshooting the proximity sensors for feedback signals.
• Commissioning of control valves(make: mils) and performing auto calibration of the travel sensor of positioner in valves
• Configuring of GWR (Guided Wave Radar) Rosemount Emerson type level transmitters and interface level transmitters.
• Knowledge of ultrasonic type flow transmitters(GE)
• Loop checking of DI and DO signals of pumps in DCS.
• Commissioning of field Fire and Gas system in the Settling tanks and pumps such as Gas detectors(Make: Crowcon), Flame detectors(make: Shark Eye), manual call points, hooters, beacons and also trouble shooting of all the F& G instruments is carried out.

• Worked on deluge valves (pressure switches and solenoid valves for auto operation) and foam skid for safety systems.
• Cause and Effect checking such as trip, alarm of the logics has been carried out for all the instruments.
• Submittion of ITR’s and red line mark ups with as built.
• Coordination for completion of SAT and preparing SAT documents.

Project:Aishwarya Well pads

The Aishwarya wellpad is one of the projects in cairn for the crude oil exploration, it consists of total 9 no’s of wellpads and it has 36 producer wells and15 injection water wells. The following are the jobs carried out while commissioning the well pads.
• Calibration Supervision Of Smart Instruments Pressure, Flow, Level, PDP , Temperature Transmitters (ABB 2600T series, 600T Series), Control valves, ON & OFF valves.
• Responsible for the management of all interfaces between field equipment to ICS,ESD & PCS system.
• Coordinated for the commissioning of VFD for Electrical Submergible Pump with SCHLUMBERGER involves speed control and all the DI,DO signals in it.
