• To execute erection and commissioning activities of instrument systems as per planning schedule.





• Working experience with YOKOGAWA Centum CS3000 & ABB 800Xa installer Series Distributed Control System.
• To execute software configuration and I/O’s assigning in YOKOGAWA Centum CS3000 & ABB 800Xa installer Series Distributed Control System.
• Working experience with YOKOGAWA & ABB Field Control Station and related I/O modules.
• To execute on experience in YOKOGAWA & ABB Report packages.
• Hands-on experience in YOKOGAWA, EMERSON HART & ABB Communicator with ON/OFF line mode calibration.
• Calibration (Desk & Field) and configuration of all instruments.
• Process tubing as per process hook-up drawings.
• Installation, Erection and commissioning of all instrument systems like transmitters, Level switches, DP switches, control valves, Cable tray, cable laying, Junction boxes.
• Experience handled in Rosemount,ABB,Siemens,Honywell,yokogawa,Metso,Samson,flowserve,MIL ,
• Hands-on experience in Loop checking (Hot & Cold), functional test and interlock Logic checks, etc.
• Hands-on experience in testing and calibrating the PID controllers, transmitters and Sequential event recorders.
• Hands-on experience in testing and commissioning the Pressure transmitters and Draft Pressure, flow, level and temperature transmitter of Rosemount, Siemens & Yokogawa.
• Hands-on experience in Commissioning and testing of RTD and thermocouples.
• Hands-on experience in Commissioning and testing of control valves.
• Hands-on experience in Commissioning and testing of
PH meter and conductivity meter.
• Hands on experience in panel board wiring
