Responsibilities:

Responsible for the work of overhaul of 7 Units of 2600mw power plant in Ramagundam (National Thermal Power Corporation)

Handling the day to day activities of the site like replacement of HP tubes, welding, cutting , grinding, fitting, fabrication, erections, radiography film evaluation, DPT of BOILER MAINTENANCE PRESSURE PARTS (BM/PP), work safety, maintenance of records and supervise the workers

• Managing workforce (40 unskilled, 15 semiskilled & 5 skilled members) and managing them to fulfill their assigned responsibilities efficiently to ensure the smooth running of the site.
• Managing the inventory in the site as well as maintenance and indenting the required stock of material accordingly.
• Managing the Accounts of the site by billing the financial activities on the system, maintaining the ledgers, cash books, Invoice, vouchers, registers etc...
• Sending various reports like Daily Activity Report, Staff Attendance Report, workers attendance report, Financial Report etc., to the Contractor.
• Recruiting the workers. .
• Controlling the workers by coordinating with other supervisors.
• Carry on the activities with the help of site In charge & Engineer
• Checking the welding work whether electro rod is heating. Properly.
• Checking the welding radiography films with FQA engineer.
• Managing work safety at site.
• Operated tub wash unit insuring the wash unit is operating properly.
• Checking of welding electro rod carbon steel, alloy steel & stainless steel.
• Reporting to the AGM who looks after work status across the site.
