Junior Manager operation ( have the overall knowledge of terminal operation)

I want to enhance my knowledge with the opportunities provided by your organization. Want to apply my skill towards the development of the organization. And also want to learn maximum from my experiences

•Accounting of daily stock and loss gain analysis of the overall operation. Maintaining all the records such as daily status report, monthly progress report, in-out turn report, stock card, throughput report and suggesting different methods to minimize it. Performed year end stock reconciliation and physical stock verification with third party appointed by HPCL.
•Involved in different audits (MDSA audit, Quality audit, Technical audit, OISD, ISO) of terminal as an auditee. Preparing reply to these audits and looking at the compliance of the points.Preparing the ISO documents for both quality and environment management certification.
•Worked as tank farm officer too. Doing tank joint gauging, sampling, draining of water, tank line-up, inter tank transfer, tank change over during receipt & dispatch and also tank monthly inspection as per OISD 129 guidelines and maintained the records for the same.
•Being a part of Compliance team of MB Lal recommendation ie installation of HVLRM, MEFG and detail study for installing ROSOV.
•Performing pre-commissioning checks for new tanks that are fabricated for ATF and MS.
•Batch formation test (BFT) for petroleum product to meet the required specification.Quality test of the petroleum products and effect on their parameters with the blending of SCN (Straight cut Naphtha). Also the analysis of blending of slope oil to fresh HSD to determine the blending ratio.
•Preparing the markup P & ID, Checking of the tank and bullets test reports (RT,MPT, PWHT, HT) for taking over the documents from project.
•Performed the dyke volume calculation for all the dykes to verify it as per the OISD guide lines for new onshore terminal of IOCL at Paradip
•Determination of TT cycle time of sulphur and LPG gantry of IOCL paradip terminal.

Have done my B-tech in chemical Engineering from Biju patnaik university of Technology with 85.6%.

•Dancing- Have undergone 6 year training in Odissi and certified as Nutya Sree by Sangeet Natya Academy. Have performed in school and state level competion.
