Operations Manager / IT Director providing direct leadership to 80+ personnel, including operations, restaurant and brand managers and executive chef for the Eric Kayser franchise restaurants in Dubai Mall and Abu Dhabi Mall with revenue in excess of 80,000 USD a week. Launched establishment of company in Dubai, setting up business operation processes including purchasing, invoicing, negotiating prices and contracts, inventory, payroll and human resource related matters. Ensured that company financial objectives where met by establishing bank relationships, preparing strategic and annual budgets and annual forecasts, establishing and monitoring financial controls and initiating corrective actions. Implemented and maintained Microsoft Dynamics NAV as ERP & CRM platform for financial management and chart of accounts, customer relationship, and also LS Hospitality for POS and server infrastructure, cash management, sales reporting and menu engineering and costing.

Sept. 2007 – Oct. 2008: ADMIC – Beirut, Lebanon
IT Manager for a team of eight support engineers serving retail and F&B stores within the Admic group such as BHV, Geant, Monoprix and Eric Kayser. Responsibilities include operation and maintenance for cash registers, server infrastructure and networks.
