• Responsible for overall coordination of controlled documentation between the company and clients.
• Manage and check all document controller tasks (06 Document Controller for 03 Projects)
• Performs the Document Control function within the validated MasterControl system.
• Orders external standards and maintains tracking system.
• Supports user requests for documentation and trains users in MasterControl.
• Coordinate the interaction between engineering, field operations, and marketing to ensure appropriate changes are documented
• Timely distribution of latest revision level documentation to all appropriate users and ensure that obsolete documentation is removed from distribution.
