Process Engineer (Operations)

To join an interactive organization where I can use my engineering knowledge and experience for the betterment of the company. I want to use my operational experience to troubleshoot different problems during operation of a process plant.

I am working as a Process Engineer to ensue the optimum and safe operation of the gas processing plant while keep the quality according to specifications. I have been using my engineering and software skills (Aspen Plus, Hysys and Pro II) to identify the operational problems and set new parameters to operate the plant in smooth and optimum manner. I also participated in the Phase II extension of LPG plant of at chanda oil field of OGDCL. My responsibilities during this extension project were to design the new units including heat exchanges, low temperature separator, control valves and piping for the process and utilities (Hot oil and Refrigeration). I used Hysys and Pro II to simulate the process and participated in the PFD, P& ID, equipment data sheets, commissioning and startup of the plant.
